Are garages included with the homes?
Yes, homes in Johnson Square include garages in base pricing although they aren’t required if the home is alley loaded.
Can I purchase just the lot?
No. Our homes are packaged and priced with the lot, home and landscaping included. You are not able to just buy the lot.
How do I reserve a lot?
You can make a lot reservation with a refundable deposit. We will then help you to select your home plan and work out detailed pricing. Once that is complete, you can move on to contract and the construction of your home.
Does a buyer have to use one of the plans on your website?
No! We love variety and have access to hundreds of home plans designed by our outstanding architects. For most folks, we can find a home plan that fits them like a glove. However, if you need or want something specific, we can work with you through a custom design process with one of our architects.
Can we have a fence?
Absolutely. As with any design element, we work closely with homeowners on the design of fences, but you can definitely have a fenced yard.
